• Ensure that recording is stopped before powering off the device.
• Check if the memory card is full or damaged.

Q2: Unstable WiFi Connection?

• Keep the distance between the camera and phone within 5 meters.
• Minimize interference from other WiFi-enabled devices.
• Try force shutting down the camera and reconnecting the WiFi.

Q3: Camera Frozen or Unresponsive?

• Press the Reset button to force restart the device.
